Role of Agile Delivery Manager

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban etc and experience applying them to complex projects

8 Years of experience in Delivery Management preferably in SAP environment

Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within an Agile framework

Responsibilities

Guiding teams through the Agile process includes standups sprint planning and retrospectives

Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their Agile skills

Removing impediments and blockers that hinder team progress

Defining project scopes goals and deliverables

Creating and managing delivery plans tracking progress and managing dependencies

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
