Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Lead to lead SAP Human Capital Management initiatives for our client, Houston Metro. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise across SAP HCM modules and proven experience delivering large-scale implementations within Public Sector environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP HCM implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
Provide functional leadership across Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll, and Benefits Administration modules.
Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP HCM solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Configure and support SAP Payroll, including payroll processing and issue resolution.
Manage employee lifecycle processes, organizational structures, and benefits administration functions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support testing activities, data migration, user training, and go-live execution.
Drive project deliverables while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills:
10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM.
Strong expertise in:Organizational Management (OM)
Personnel Administration (PA)
Payroll
Benefits Administration
Experience leading SAP HCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Strong background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
Expertise in SAP Payroll configuration, payroll processing, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Greenfield and Brownfield implementations, preferably in Public Sector/Government projects.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP testing, data migration, end-user training, and go-live support.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP HCM.
Knowledge of SAP HCM reporting and compliance requirements.
Prior experience working on Public Sector projects is highly preferre
