Position Summary
The Sr. Network Engineer will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and security. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in network engineering, ISP environments, and hands-on expertise with routing, switching, security, and cloud connectivity technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor network performance using industry-standard tools and provide recommendations based on analysis.
Maintain and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN solutions.
Perform preventive maintenance and lifecycle management of network hardware and software.
Configure, deploy, and upgrade network equipment following established standards.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and implement necessary changes or enhancements.
Collaborate with security, systems, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Support and improve network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and data protection technologies.
Develop and maintain network documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Assist with disaster recovery planning and execution activities.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical network incidents after business hours.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Networking Expertise
Strong experience in network engineering or ISP environments, including:Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of hands-on experience in network support or engineering roles.
CCNA certification preferred.
CCNP certification (or active pursuit of CCNP) strongly desired.
Experience collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and service providers.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (if travel is required).
