About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Specialist (Python / Agentic AI) to join a high-impact team supporting innovative AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development expertise, hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI applications, and experience working with cloud-native technologies on AWS.

This role involves end-to-end software development, AI solution implementation, performance optimization, and production support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience
1+ year of hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI / LLM applications in production
Strong Python development experience
Experience with AWS, Docker, REST APIs, and SQL
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI frameworks
Experience integrating tools using MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Experience working with LLM workflows and external data sources
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills
Advanced SQL and Vector Databases
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Embeddings
Kafka and Event-Driven Architectures
React or Angular
Java and Spring Framework
Jenkins
Financial Services or Trading Industry experience

Software Development
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications

Develop Agentic AI applications using LangChain and LangGraph

Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks

Collaboration
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements

Production Support
Provide ongoing support for applications across environments
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Participate in on-call support rotations
