Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Data Center Asset Management Associate with strong expertise in IT Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and ServiceNow. This role will focus on managing the complete lifecycle of hardware assets across large-scale data center environments, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle (procurement to retirement)
Perform asset reconciliation, tracking, and validation across data centers
Lead and support asset audits, compliance, and governance activities
Maintain accurate asset data within ServiceNow HAM
Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and infrastructure teams
Identify gaps and improve asset management processes and workflows
Build and manage dashboards, reports, and automation workflows
Support infrastructure and data center initiatives

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT Hardware Asset Management / Data Center Asset Management
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Experience managing enterprise-scale hardware asset inventories
Expertise in:Asset lifecycle management
Reconciliation and audit processes
Strong understanding of:Data center hardware environments
End-user computing devices
Experience with:Automation, APIs, dashboards, and workflow configuration in ServiceNow
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
