Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Java development expertise and exposure to AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while contributing to AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Business Stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications.
Build scalable full-stack solutions using Java/Spring Boot and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular).
Develop AI-enabled applications leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and semantic search.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and best practice implementation.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused solutions.
Manage application deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
Support cloud-native development and deployment on Azure/OpenShift platforms.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
Experience with Angular/React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and RxJS.
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Experience with messaging systems and asynchronous processing.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Linux/Unix environments.
Familiarity with AI technologies including:Large Language Models (LLMs)
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Vector Databases & Embedding Models
LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar Agentic AI frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI-powered enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of scalable architecture and design patterns.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
