Job requirements:
Technical Program Manager in our organization manages one or more technical projects. The projects could be varying lengths and complexity. The role is a complex one that demands interdisciplinary skills, but at the very minimum, it requires a solid technical background and strong project management skills. A technical background is necessary to navigate technical dependencies across the product development cycle all the way from requirements gathering to coding to testing to release. The person should have exceptional stakeholder management skills because of the multiple, often distributed teams involved in each project.
Responsibilities
• Managing all aspects of multiple technical projects of an organization
• Coordinating communication between stakeholders from multiples teams such as Business Development, Product Development, QA, Marketing and Support
• Delivering complex projects or programs from initiation to completion – including developing implementation plans, resource requirements, scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Setting up of processes, tools and cadences for communication, project planning, project tracking and documentation, issue tracking and documentation, metrics, dashboards, and reports
• Being a change agent to help the organization transform from traditional development methodologies such as Waterfall to Agile
• Establishing processes and tools to help the organization move towards a DevOps model with automated Continuous Integration and Deployment
• Working with the development team to capture not just functional requirements but also non-functional requirements such like Compliance, Security, Scalability, Availability, Reliability, Observability (Monitoring, Logging, Tracing)
• Contributing to pre-launch, post-launch, and support activities
Requirements :

• Strong technical aptitude and experience with mobile application release
• Ability to lead through influence rather than through authority
• Exceptional spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to create both high-level and detailed plans
• Strong management of project timelines and deliverables
• Risk management and mitigation
• Deep detail and data orientation
• Strong understanding of modern development paradigms like Agile and DevOps.
