This role involves coordinating with Product Teams to drive product roadmaps, supporting Workplace/Comms products, and managing new feature requests. The position requires providing Tulip software support, documenting solutions, overseeing solution deployment, and analyzing IoT data to inform data-driven decisions. Candidates should be experienced IT professionals with a strong technical background in engineering and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Technical experience in Tulip Software, Business Analysis.=
• Experience in supporting Tulip software globally.
• 8+ years hands on experience in configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Should be able to build packages used for deployment.
• Hands on experience implementing interfaces with enterprise applications.
•Coordinate with Product Teams to drive the product roadmap with new innovations.
•Supports Product Team in production & implementation of Workplace/Comms products.
•New Feature Requests – Experimentation, Testing, Roll Out, Hand Over to Service Teams.
•System Upgrades – Guiding On-the-ground facilities Team on enabling actions.
•Provide Tulip software support for any major product related issues.
•Documentation on solutions / build/upkeep of existing KB articles, Run Books
•Oversee the provisioning / deployment of solutions.
•Provide technical consultation as needed throughout a project deployment.
•Ensures implementations are standard, operationally scalable and aligned to service strategy & direction.
•Ensures project processes are standard, scalable, transparent, relevant, communicated and documented.
•Analyse IoT data to extract meaningful insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
•Develop data models and analytics strategies and dashboards to support IoT initiatives.
