Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has strong experience supporting new product launches, product refresh initiatives, and retail banking projects. This role will support the Partnerships team, ensuring successful planning and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects related to new product launches, product refreshes, and retail banking initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, operations, marketing, technology, and retail banking partners.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
Provide regular project status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
Support the Partnerships team in executing strategic initiatives and improving project delivery processes.
Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in project management or change delivery, preferably in retail banking or financial services.
Proven experience supporting new product launches or product refresh programs within a banking or financial services environment.
Experience working on retail banking initiatives such as banking products, customer programs, or branch-related projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
