🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Configuration: Support Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll (elements, balances, costing, payment methods, and payroll flows).
Integration Design: Build robust integrations using HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP APIs.
OIC Expertise: Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for data flow between time, benefits, tax, and third-party vendors.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure statutory compliance, handle year-end processing, and maintain audit readiness.
Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term technical fixes.
