Job Description:
Define and drive the overall roadmap for Employee Digital Twin (EDT)Align program outcomes with business objectives and measurable KPIsEstablish governance structure, steering cadence, and executive reporting Coordinate across Product, Architecture, Data Science, Engineering, Security, and HR teams Manage dependencies across discovery, design, MVP, and scaled rollout phases Ensure alignment between onsite and offshore teams Engage senior stakeholders and executive sponsors Drive end-to-end execution from concept through deployment Oversee Agile execution across multiple workstreams Mitigate risks and remove roadblocks proactively Ensure adherence to timeline, scope, and quality standards Oversee integration of HR systems, skills data, performance data, and AI models Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance standards
Support responsible AI practices and model lifecycle management Develop stakeholder communication strategy Drive business adoption and change readiness Define success metrics and track adoption KPIs 12-18+ years of experience in Program Management Experience leading large enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms and data-driven products Experience in HRTech, Digital Workforce, or Talent platforms preferred Proven ability to manage global distributed teams
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
