Rate: Up to $65/hr C2C

Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Project & Program Delivery Manager to provide strategic program and delivery oversight across Agile teams and product areas. The candidate will align multi-team roadmaps with enterprise objectives, manage project prioritization, risks, dependencies, and drive technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-platform roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and delivery schedules.
Manage program governance, KPIs, executive dashboards, and delivery metrics.
Identify and resolve technical risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and architectural constraints.
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and Business teams.
Manage portfolio planning, forecasting, release management, and modernization initiatives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and resolve escalations.
Provide executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
Support Agile delivery and SDLC governance.
Leverage GenAI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot for documentation, analysis, and decision-making.
Required Skills
10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
6–8 years in software engineering, product delivery, or technology leadership.
Experience overseeing multiple teams or delivery programs.
Strong portfolio-level planning, forecasting, and release management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and technology transformation.
Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot and/or GitHub Copilot.
Strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
Healthcare industry experience.
PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar Agile certification.
Experience with production support, OOP concepts, or software development.
