1. Strong in SoC verification
2. Should have worked on ARM ptrocessor
3. Should have expertise in SV and UVM
4. Should be well versed in AMBA bus protocols
5. Good debugging skills
6. Experience in High Speed IOs (PCIe, UCIe, DDR, MIPI etc) is a plus
