Job Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying implementing automation solutions.
Translate the business requirements to define RPA value proposition and solution scope. Recommend RPA approach and strategy based on analysis and client RPA maturity.
The Business Analyst will provide direction, ensures project implementation compliance, and utilizes technology research to innovate, integrate, and manage technology solutions.
As a Senior resource in team you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit solutions for one or more projects you will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions. Experience in automation that covers business acumen, time management skills and a passion for learning. Strong understanding of RPA concepts and market. The ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture. Good verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as deliver clear and concise written documentation.
Strong desire for exploring, evaluating and understanding new technologies.
An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error Work with developers and application owners to implement the change. Support go-live rollout, handover procedures and change control documents.
Self-starter, ability to proactively push for clarity where ambiguity resides, such as proactively working with teams.
Requirements 5 years of experience in drafting business requirements for RPA.
At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
