IAM Technical Project Manager Remote only Plano, TX

Position:  IAM Technical Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Long Term contract

Interview Mode: MS Teams Video Call

Visa: USC/GC/H4

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IAM projects (Non-AD LDAP discovery) from initiation to completion
Develop and manage project plans, risks, and timelines while ensuring compliance with security standards
Collaborate with IAM SME’s, engineers, and business stakeholders to implement solutions
Drive IAM governance, risk management, and compliance efforts
Communicate project updates to leadership and manage stakeholder expectations
 

Qualifications:

7+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in IAM or cybersecurity
Knowledge of IAM tools and frameworks (Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, LDAP, OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001)
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Preferred: PMP, CISSP, CRISC, or IAM-related certifications
