Bachelor’s degree
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and familiarity with a range of computer software (including but not limited to Microsoft Office)
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
 

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Design and manage data systems, coordinate various data sources, collect descriptive facts for existing data and document data systems provided by the State or created as part of this project
Interpret system development life cycles, project management approaches and requirements, design and testing techniques
Data modelling and design, including software development and database administration
 

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

Bachelor’s degree
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and familiarity with a range of computer software (including but not limited to Microsoft Office)
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
 

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

Experience with education and/or governmental institutions
Application of specialized skills within a government agency environment
Experience in data technologies like Qualtrics
Strong Excel skills required, including data modelling and ad hoc analysis
Skilled in project design and management
Experience and interest in data storytelling, especially for external audiences
