Job Position: SAP FICA Consultant
Location: Westville Grove, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months with possible extension
Competencies: Utilities – SAP FICA – 6-8+ years’ experience
Role Description:
AMS Delivery Leadership:
Oversee SAP Finance AMS operations, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality service.
Incident & Problem Management: Lead resolution of critical finance-related issues (P1/P2), perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Change & Release Management: Approve and manage configuration changes, enhancements, and deployments.
Integration Oversight: Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, and other systems like Mulesoft / STIBO for end-to-end process continuity.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the finance lead for client interactions, escalations, and service reviews.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in finance processes.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOX, audit, and retail-specific financial regulations.
Knowledge Management: Maintain documentation, functional specs, and knowledge base for finance processes.
