Role: SAP ABAP Lead
Location: Plano, TX/Frisco, TX (3 days a week onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months

Must have:
•       SAP ABAP
•       ABAP OOPS
•       ABAP for HANA
•       Fiori

Requirements:
•       Extensive experience in SAP ABAP, OOPS, and ABAP for Hana.
•       Proficiency in UI5/Fiori is a plus.
•       Knowledge of AI innovations, including Natural Language Processing
(NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), and traditional Machine Learning
(ML) is an added advantage.
•       Able to work with SAP and Non-SAP development tools that help to
improve developer productivity. Professional
•       Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
•       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•       Ability to dive into software environments and solve complex technical
issues.
•       Self-motivated, curious, and flexible with the ability to learn
quickly and adapt to new technologies.
•       Experience in supporting business rollout and the implementation of
new features.
•       Comfortable presenting dashboards to the leadership team, showcasing
progress and productivity metrics.
•       Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
effectively.
•       Experience with cross-functional collaboration, working closely with
business stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams.
•       A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a
related field is mandatory.
•       Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct
supervision.
•       Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new
challenges.
•       Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team
members and stakeholders.
•       This position requires you to report to the office and work in-person
for at least 4 days a week.
