Key Responsibilities:
Migration & Development: Lead the end-to-end technical migration of ETL
processes, data quality rules, and MDM configurations from on-premises
platforms to IDMC SaaS.
IDMC Configuration: Configure and customize IDMC MDM solutions,
including defining business entities, relationships/hierarchies,
validation rules, match & merge strategies, and survivorship rules.
Data Integration: Design, develop, and deploy data ingestion pipelines
and integration solutions using IDMC’s Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and
Cloud Application Integration (CAI) services.
Data Quality & Governance: Implement and operationalize data quality
rules and monitoring using Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
features, ensuring data consistency and compliance with governance
policies.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing technical support,
troubleshoot data integration and MDM issues, and perform performance
tuning of workflows and mappings.
Documentation & Collaboration: Develop comprehensive technical
documentation for configurations and workflows and collaborate closely
with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders in an Agile
environment.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of data engineering experience with at least 3
years of hands-on experience implementing MDM or master data solutions.
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in the Informatica stack,
including PowerCenter, IDQ, on-prem MDM, and significant hands-on
experience with IDMC services (CDI, CAI, CDQ, SaaS MDM).
Database Skills: Expert-level SQL skills for data validation,
performance tuning, and analysis across various relational databases
(e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake).
Migration Experience: Proven experience with at least one full lifecycle
migration or modernization project from traditional MDM/ETL to a
cloud/SaaS MDM platform.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication
skills, with the ability to manage and resolve incidents independently.
