Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Configure and test SAP PLM modules (EHS, PDM, PPM)
2. Define PLM processes and analyze business requirements
3. Implement and configure Engineering Record, Workflow, and Global process route templates
4. Configure workflow in Fiori Web UI and synchronize Recipe to BOM
5. Manage Change Management through workflow and materials
6. Configure DMS, PPM documents, and integration with folders
7. Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues
8. Design and create reports in BW, Dashboard, and formatting
9. Collaborate with ABAP team for document creation
Requirements:
1. 9+ years of SAP PLM experience in Pharma/Life Science industries
2. In-depth knowledge of SAP PPM, Business Partner, and EHS configurations
3. Strong communication and influencing skills
4. Experience with Agile SDK, PX, Events, WSX, ACS, and data loads
5. Familiarity with SAP Frontend Applications (UI5, NWBC)
6. Knowledge of Third Party tools (Seal Systems, xECM/Open Text)
7. Experience with GLM (Global Label Management)
Desirable Skills:
1. SAP S/4 HANA experience
2. Certification in SAP PLM or related modules
3. Experience with other ERP systems
