Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Google DialogFlow Developer with 11+ years of experience to lead the design and development of cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies. You will be responsible for implementing conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow ES and CX, alongside developing and maintaining applications with Node.js. This role involves extensive use of Google Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and integrating with Google CCAI Platform, Agent Assist, and Insights to enhance customer interactions and drive data-driven decisions. You will also lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices and industry standards in cloud development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Google Cloud Storage, ensuring data integrity and security.
Provide expertise in Google Cloud Functions to create scalable and efficient serverless applications.
Utilize Google Cloud Firestore for real-time data synchronization and storage solutions.
Develop and maintain applications using Node.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Implement conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow ES and CX.
Integrate Google CCAI Platform to enhance customer interactions and support.
Utilize Google Agent Assist to provide real-time assistance and improve customer service efficiency.
Leverage Google Insights to analyze data and drive informed decision-making.
Develop Info Bots using Google Info Bot to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in cloud development.
