• Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiatives which describes what’s being done? Hogan has a number of extremely large projects planned for the various business lines going through 2026
• What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) Hogan Development & Testing
• What skills/technologies are required (please include the number of years of experience required)? Hogan experienced only with a minimum of 5 to 10 years
• What skills/attributes are preferred (these are a desired, not required)? Experts in Hogan development and testing
• What does the interview process look like? We are trying to do one interview with all the experts on the call because we are bringing so many contractors on it makes the most sense

o How technical will the interviews be? Very technical to ensure the candidate understands Hogan
