Position: Salesforce Lead/Architect
Location : Torrance, CA –Onsite
Duration: Contract
We’re seeking a strategic and highly experienced Lead Salesforce Development and Architecture to drive platform excellence across our Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and extended Salesforce ecosystem.
This role will serve as a technical leader and mentor, managing a team of developers and administrators while architecting scalable solutions that align with cross-functional business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging APEX, and custom integrations
Design scalable systems across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other cloud products including
Experience, Marketing, and Revenue Cloud
Lead and mentor developers and administrators, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence
Establish and enforce coding standards, release management practices, and governance protocols
Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, Support, Orders, Billing and Marketing stakeholders to translate
business needs into robust technical designs
Own documentation standards for architecture, data models, and system integrations
Oversee DevOps processes for deployment automation, sandbox management, and version control
Ensure system compliance, data integrity, and process automation across key workflows
