• Must have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as business administration, information technology, finance, or marketing (or a similar field).
• Strong experience working in Agile/Hybrid environments, translating business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Ability to break down complex business requirements into smaller user stories for development teams, while ensuring that technical constraints, limitations and dependencies are considered.
• Experience working on projects involving vendor-owned, designed, and hosted solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• The preferred candidate must possess and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.
