Job description:

We are seeking a SAFe Certified Agile Coach based in Irvine, CA, to lead and guide our enterprise Agile transformation. This role requires a seasoned coach with proven expertise in implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and mentoring leadership, product management, and delivery teams to drive value at scale.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Coach executives, leaders, Product Management, and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) on SAFe principles, Lean-Agile mindset, and practices.

 

Facilitate and guide PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and other ART-level ceremonies.

 

Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and RTEs to elevate Agile delivery maturity.

 

Assess organizational Agile maturity and implement actionable improvements.

 

Partner with stakeholders to align strategic objectives with portfolio execution.

 

Lead workshops, training, and leadership sessions to embed Agile culture.

Required Qualifications

 

SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent SAFe Agile Coach certification.

 

10+ years of overall experience in Agile delivery, with at least 5+ years as an enterprise Agile Coach.

 

Hands-on expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management).

 

Proven track record of leading Agile transformations in large, complex environments.

 

Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.

 

Excellent communication, leadership presence, and change management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

 

Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira, Rally, or their equivalents.

 

Exposure to digital transformation programs and enterprise-level change management.
