Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
·       Design build and deploy machine learning and time series forecasting for use cases like opportunity creation churn reduction etc
·       Develop LLM based solutions using prompt engineering embeddings and basic RAG for campaign diagnostics and decision support
·       Design and analyse AB tests and experiments apply causal inference techniques DiD propensity scoring DML uplift modelling to measure true incremental impact
·       Ensure models are scalable explainable and production ready following Responsible AI and governance standards
·       Handson experience on NLP based solution
Business Collaboration
·       Partner with crossfunctional teams product engineering marketing operations to identify and scope highimpact opportunities where data science and AI can drive measurable business outcomes
·       Translate strategic objectives into actionable analytical initiatives with clearly defined success metrics and timelines
Team Leadership Collaboration
·       Provide handson mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts guiding them on project delivery modelling best practices code quality and experimentation
Required Skills
·       Python SQL ML frameworks
·       Experience with Azure Databricks or large scale data platforms
·       Strong foundation in statistics experimentation and causal inference
·       GenAI experience Prompt engineering LLM evaluation basic RAG
·       Advertising market science experience is a strong plus
