Position: Databricks Data Engineer / Senior Data Engineer
Experience: 9+ years
Duration: Contract W2
Location: Remote
Visa: USC, GC or GC EAD only
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Strong experience in Data Engineering and Pipeline Development
Expertise in business-aligned data modeling and data architecture
Hands-on experience with Databricks (mandatory)
Experience optimizing performance and cost efficiency of data platforms
Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, data transformation, and data processing frameworks
Ability to develop solutions in compliance with enterprise architecture standards
Experience enabling Advanced Analytics, AI/ML use cases, and conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Knowledge of data standardization, governance, and enterprise data strategy
Understanding of compliance requirements, preferably in regulated industries such as Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals
Experience collaborating with global and offshore teams
Strong Agile/Scrum experience with sprint planning and delivery management
Experience using project management tools such as Asana
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
