MFT Developer
Location: Plano, TX 75024 (Initial remote possible)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented MFT Developer to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of secure file transfer solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator. You will work closely with product managers and other developers to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and implement MFT solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Control Center.
· Configure and manage file transfers using various protocols (SFTP, FTP, HTTP, Connect Direct).
· Implement file encryption using PGP, GPG, and SSL certificates.
· Troubleshoot and resolve MFT related issues.
· Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
· Collaborate with product managers and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications
· 7-9 years of experience in software development.
· Hands-on experience with MFT and IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI).
· Experience with file encryption technologies (PGP, GPG, SSL certificates).
· Familiarity with various file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, HTTP, Connect Direct).
· Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Please Note
· We are seeking candidates with 7-9 years of MFT development experience. We are not looking for profiles with 11+ years of experience or Architect/Admin/Support experience.
· This is an initial remote position with the possibility of transitioning to an on-site role in Plano, TX.
