Job Location: Chelsea, MA(Hybrid)

Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

Design and develop code using VB.Net and C#
Analyze code and component dependencies and develop in a configuration-based system
Work with SQL server databases
Understand process design and technical requirements documentation.
Work both independently and within a project team to design, develop, and deliver software solutions for new and existing functionality.
Analyze and build data for tests, triage defects to draw conclusions, define issues, and make appropriate recommendations.
Act as a reliable source for early feedback on new functionality and feature changes
Be able to document work and knowledge transfer as required
Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced changing environment and manage changing priorities
 

Qualifications:

4-5 years of Software development experience using VB.Net (Required)
Proficient in SQL Server database development techniques (Required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (Required)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Superior organizational skills, self-driven with attention to detail and follow-through on tasks.
Knowledge of Tax business processes
