Job Description:
Minimum 12+ years of experience.
Lead technical teams and mentor team members as required.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, Solution Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, and QA.
Independently handle projects with minimal support or supervision.
Technical Skills
Strong background in API development and middleware integration.
Hands-on experience with:
IIB / ACE
Spring Boot microservices
Experience in API design, including:
Integration frameworks
Swagger modeling
Design tools such as IBM RSA, UML tools, Swagger Designer, or similar
In-depth knowledge of:
API security (OAuth, OIDC, SSO, JWT)
Scaling, resiliency, performance tuning, and availability
Non-functional requirements (NFRs)
Solid understanding of:
REST frameworks
API-first development approach
Non-Technical Skills:
Critical thinker with a passion for challenging the status quo.
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and deliverables
