Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Duration: Longterm Contract

SUMMARY:

Seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to support and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud through integrations, reporting, data loads, and technical configurations.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports
Build and support HDL/HSDL data loads and conversions
Configure Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits)
Design and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and files
Support Oracle HCM security roles and technical troubleshooting
Assist with quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades
 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

·         5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud technical experience

·         Strong in HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula

·         Experience with HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP, SQL/PLSQL

·         Knowledge of Oracle HCM security and integrations
