Job Description:

We are searching for a Solutions Architect to evaluate existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement information system changes.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement information system changes.
Architect solutions, design and develop new applications and enhancements to client’s Immunization registry and Communicable Disease Surveillance System
Identifying the hardware and software infrastructure needs to accommodate the department’s architectural goals
Architect scalable systems for Java/Spring based applications
Responsible for full lifecycle projects from requirements gathering, design through development, implementation, rollout and maintenance of new and existing applications
Troubleshoot design flaws and system bottlenecks
What You’ll Need

Required:

5 years experience with Reactive micro-services, Traditional ESB orchestrated SOA, Staged Event-driven Messaging Architecture (SEDA) Cloud-enabled Distribute
8 years experience JAVA, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Script, JavaScript and Python
8 Years experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems
8 Years experience with Spring and Angular Framework
8 Years experience with Docker and Kubernetes with AWS
8 Years experience with Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat and IIS
3 Years experience using GIT, Maven, Jenkins and ANT
Understand government business process and operations, including familiarity with HIPPA regulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs by facilitating brainstorming sessions with health professionals
Strong knowledge of web programming specifics and experience in building web-based applications
Experience working with relational databases
Ability to analyze or recommend commercially available software or other IT architectural components
Ability to prioritize work and establish deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress of team members
Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the project team
Develop contingency plans as necessary
Manage requirement gathering and change management process
Execution of all responsibilities with little direct supervision
Preferred:

1 Years experience with Frameworks such as Hibernate, Drools and Apache Spark
