ServiceNow CSDM 

Location: – Alpharetta, GA- Day 1 Onsite- Candidate needs to work 5 Days at Client Office

Duration: 12+ Month

Mandatory Skill sets:-

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Service Mapping or Asset Management preferred.
8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB solutions.
Integrate the CSDM and CMDB with third-party tools and systems such as network monitoring tools, asset management systems, and cloud platforms to ensure a comprehensive and unified view of the IT landscape.
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration, including workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices, ITIL certification
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience with data modelling, schema design, and relational databases is desirable.
Project management experience and familiarity with agile methodologies are advantageous.
