Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile delivery for insurance domain projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scrum practices, Jira, and stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments. Prior exposure to Insurance domain and Guidewire PolicyCenter is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practicesFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies:Sprint PlanningDaily Stand-upsSprint ReviewsRetrospectivesCollaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and client counterparts to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery expectationsProactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive resolution/escalation as neededMaintain clear and structured documentation of issues, risks, and dependencies, ensuring visibility to stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimizationsTrack and manage sprint progress using Jira, ensuring accurate backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and reportingEnsure teams follow Agile metrics and KPIs (velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time, etc.)Support release planning and coordinate across multiple teams when requiredFoster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountabilityRequired SkillsStrong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologiesHands-on expertise with Jira (boards, dashboards, reporting, workflows)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to confidently identify, articulate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependenciesStrong facilitation and coaching skillsExperience working in client-facing rolesSolid understanding of Agile metrics and reportingPreferred QualificationsExperience in Insurance domain (P&C preferred)Exposure to Guidewire PolicyCenter (implementation/support projects)Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plusExperience working in scaled Agile environments (SAFe or similar frameworks)
