10+ years of hand-on experience as Agile SCRUM Master and/or Agile Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience in Agile Project Management
• Experience in leading large scale projects using SCRUM
• 4 years Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar domain
• Track record of implementing industry best development techniques in different work cultures and environments.
• Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities
• Certification in SCRUM, like
 Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
 Certified SAFe Agilist (SA)
 Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
 ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) etc.

Desired Qualifications/Requirements
• Experience with Quality Management System building and/or maintenance
• Experience in in-house tool development using Agile SCRUM methodology
• Software development and/or software testing experience
• Experience in Software Process Quality Assurance
