Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of IT Operations Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB architecture, along with strong leadership and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
ITOM Strategy & Architecture
Define and own end-to-end ITOM architecture across Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
Align ITOM solutions with business goals and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
Provide architectural guidance and roadmap for ITOM maturity
CMDB Governance
Design and manage CMDB architecture ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Implement Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules
Establish data models, CI relationships, and governance frameworks
Drive CMDB health, audits, and continuous improvement
Implementation Leadership
Lead hands-on implementation of MID Servers, Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors
Configure and optimize ServiceNow ITOM modules
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Integration Management
Design and develop integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs
Integrate ServiceNow with external monitoring and enterprise systems
Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient data flow
Technical Governance
Enforce development standards and best practices
Promote Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) solutions to reduce customization
Conduct code reviews and ensure platform performance and scalability
Pre-Sales & Consulting
Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimation, and client presentations
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and propose solutions

Strong expertise in CMDB & CSDM framework
Experience with IRE (Identification & Reconciliation Engine)
Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs & Integration Hub

Preferred Skills
Experience with Event Management & AIOps
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong scripting experience (JavaScript in ServiceNow)
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / ITOM / CIS
