ERP Test Lead – Oracle Fusion Finance (Retail Client)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite from day 1)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Finance QA Lead with strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The role involves leading finance testing activities, validating end-to-end financial processes, and supporting business users during UAT for a retail implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SIT and UAT phases for Oracle Fusion Finance implementations
Design, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for finance modules
Coordinate with business users and stakeholders during UAT and defect resolution
Validate data and reports using SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher
Ensure end-to-end process coverage across financial workflows
Required Skills & Experience:

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management
Hands-on experience with P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), and R2R (Record to Report) cycles
Experience using OTBI and BI Publisher for reporting validation
Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred:

Prior experience in retail domain
Experience leading QA efforts in Oracle Fusion Finance projects
