FOCUS AREAS
l Software Asset Management
l ITAM Health Check Issues ~ Review and resolve identified errors in the ITAM Health Check within these categories.
l Software Model
l Reconciliation
l Normalization
l Discovery
l Entitlement
l Licensing Metrics and Rules ~ Review licensing metrics for accuracy and compliance calculations
l Downgrade rights
l General Per core licensing
l General named user plus licensing
l General CAL Licensing
l Software Asset Management Workspace and Dashboards
l Verify that configurations and calculations are set up properly and working accurately
l Identify and reconcile any configuration errors
l Review compliance calculations and Dashboard reports for accuracy
l SaaS integrations
l Verify that SaaS Integrations are set up properly and working accurately
l Identify and reconcile any integration errors or misconfigurations
l Verify that SaaS compliance metrics are calculated and reporting accurately
l Model Discovery, Normalization and Product Mapping
l Provide guidance, best practices and processes for model normalization and discovery methods
l Advise on how to get products added to the ServiceNow product library to match BJC custom licensing metrics
l Provide guidance, best practices and processes for Custom and out-of-box models, counting strategies, product numbers, and discovery maps
REQUIREMENTS
l Architect level experience in ServiceNow with:
l ITAM Health Check Issues ~ Review and resolve identified errors in the ITAM Health Check within these categories
l Licensing Metrics and Rules ~ Review licensing metrics for accuracy and compliance calculations       Â
l Software Asset Management Workspace and Dashboards Â
l SaaS integrations    Â
