Job Title: Workato Integration Consultant Architect
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Workato Integration Consultant/Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable integration solutions using the Workato platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system integration principles, hands-on experience with Workato recipes and connectors, and the ability to drive integration strategy in alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:·        Design end-to-end integration solutions using the Workato platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

·        Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business users to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

·        Develop, test, and deploy Workato recipes and connectors to integrate applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Slack, and other SaaS/On-prem systems.

·        Serve as a subject matter expert for Workato best practices, governance, and architecture.

·        Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

·        Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and workflows.

·        Provide training and mentorship to junior team members or client teams as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:·        5+ years of experience in system integration or middleware platforms.

·        2+ years of hands-on experience with Workato (designing and building recipes, connectors, custom APIs).

·        Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, and other data exchange formats.

·        Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and orchestration concepts.

·        Experience with integration between SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, etc.

·        Familiarity with authentication mechanisms like OAuth, API keys, and SAML.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:·        Workato Certification (Architect or Developer level) is a plus.

·        Experience with other iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica) is a plus.

·        Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript or Python) within integration flows.

·        Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
