Continuous Integration Automaton Engineer

Location: Boston, MA – 3 days onsite

10+ years in Infrastructure or Systems Administrating
Python OR Perl OR Shell AND SQL

Ansible OR Chef OR Puppet
(Network automation) OR Netmiko OR Napalm OR Nornir
DCIM AND Netbox OR Nautobot
Automation frameworks: Ansible/Chef/Puppet
A CI Automation Engineer designs, implements, and maintains automated processes for continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software development and deployment. 

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience working with automation, web development, or similar
Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience with networking or systems administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group, leadership, and executive presentations.
Deep hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of automation technology infrastructure and single source of truth databases
Extensive experience in developing monitoring and reporting systems
Deep hands-on experience in developing and writing automation scripts and integrations for configuration, monitoring, and reporting
Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Automation
Experience working with DevOps methodologies
Exceptional planning and project implementation skills to achieve high visibility solutions
Exceptional communication skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and balance workload in a high-demand environment
Technical Skills

Languages: Python, Perl, Shell, SQL

Web development frameworks
Experience with REST APIs, XML, and/or NETCONF
Automation frameworks: Ansible/Chef/Puppet
Network automation: Netmiko/Napalm/Nornir
DCIM: Netbox/Nautobot
