Job Summary

Business Process & Governance Engineer to help build and strengthen governance programs across Data Governance, Information Governance, and AI Governance. This role focuses on designing governance frameworks, improving business processes, creating documentation, and driving adoption across business and technical teams.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in ambiguous environments, independently building governance processes, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design governance frameworks and business processes.
Create documentation, SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
Translate business requirements into governance processes.
Collaborate with business, IT, privacy, and security teams.
Drive governance adoption across multiple business units.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Support Data, Information, and AI Governance initiatives.
Work independently with minimal direction.
Required Experience

4+ years designing and improving business processes.
4+ years creating technical and business documentation.
4+ years working with cross-functional stakeholders.
3+ years independently driving process improvements.
2+ years in Governance, Compliance, Data Governance, Information Governance, or AI Governance (Highly Preferred).
Higher Education experience is a plus.
