Job Summary
The Senior Technical lead in the field of Web Development with expertise in JavaScript and Spring boot is responsible for leading technical teams, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and driving technical innovation in web development projects. 

Job Details:-
10+ yrs experience with API development.
Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE development and architecture.
Expertise in designing and developing Restful APIs
Hands-on experience in developing applications using the Spring boot framework, Spring security, Spring Rest.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience in developing API Security with various authentication and authorization tokens to ensure secure communication between systems.
Extensive experience with leading the design and development of APIs that enable integration between various software systems, applications, and data sources.
Experience with API standards, best practices, guidelines to bring consistency and reusability.
Experience in writing clean maintainable and efficient code to optimize the Application performance and Scalability.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Participate in Code Review and provide regular feedback to follow the best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using javascript and spring boot.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical requirements and provide solutions that align with business goals.
Drive technical innovation by staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and implementing best practices.
Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure scalable and robust web solutions.
Define technical architecture, design patterns, and coding standards for web development projects.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards.

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in web development technologies such as javascript, html, css, and frameworks like react or angular.
Strong hands-on experience in developing microservices using spring boot framework.
Knowledge of restful apis, database systems, and cloud services.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and devops practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Good communication skills, teamwork, and leadership abilities to effectively lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in Web Development, Javascript, or Springboot are a plus.
