Must Have:
T-SQL Query Writing – 10+ Years.
Must have experience documenting and performing unit testing – 10+ Years.
Research and modify PowerBuilder source code to document the steps the application uses with data (PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher)) – 5+ years of experience
Resource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database – 10+ years of experience
Must have experience developing processes to extract and manipulate data to support data migration and data cleansing of application data – 10+ years of experience
Must have experience in performing data profiling, data mapping, data manipulation, validation, and analysis – 10+ years of experience
Must have experience working with source control technologies such as TFS/Azure DevOps, or GIT – 5+ years of experience
Must have experience documenting and performing unit testing to support program changes – 10+ years of experience
Must have experience creating, updating, and maintaining documentation for programs, system specs, and flow diagrams – 10+ years of experience
Must be able to work with the client and/or Business Analyst to support test scenarios – 5+ years of experience
Analyze and document identified problems to determine root cause and provide root cause analysis – 5+ years of experience
Follow change management procedures and provide input to execute changes – 5+ years of experience
Posting Summary: Looking for a PowerBuilder Developer and IT Analyst with a strong background specialized in PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher) and possess advanced skills in T-SQL query writing for Sybase and MS SQL Server databases. Day to day activities include data management, source control (TFS/Azure DevOps, GIT), unit testing, documentation, testing, production support, change management, software development and data integrity.
Minimum Qualifications:
Some college preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher)
Work in a hybrid office
