Position:  SAP Project Systems PS Functional SME

Location: Raleigh, NC/Wilmington, NC (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term contract

Visa: USC/GC/H4

Note: Client need a functional SME who can guide and provide the training to the team

Trainer Expectations:

Act as functional SMEs, ensuring system capabilities meet business needs and users are go-live ready
Collaborate with internal teams to review and refine existing training content.
Deliver both on-site classroom and virtual instructor-led training
Provide hands-on, role-specific instruction tailored to business processes
Assist in creating training materials (e.g., job aids, quick reference guides, recordings)
Configure minor enhancements, where applicable
Provide training support during hypercare post-go-live

Key Requirements
Expert knowledge of requisite SAP modules and a good understanding of the overall working of SAP
Ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend SAP best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience training a diverse audience, including business stakeholders and functional teams
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and experience levels
Proven success in SAP S/4HANA training and user enablement
