Note:- For the Oracle Cloud Finance role, it’s important that candidates have Cloud implementation experience in both RMCS Configurations and Lease Management. Should have experience with Budget – experience with budget management, budget controls, budget statuses(commitments, accruals), budget types. Intercompany exp is also required.

Job description:

Finance Consultant – main expertise required:

·  Very good understanding in accounting and journal entries, finance background

·  RMCS – must – revenue recognition is very unique and material

·  OTC – all the flow from sales forces through order, shipping, rev rec to invoice and collection

·  All standard finance modules (AP, AR, GL, Cash)

·  Inventory – experience with inventory module, processes

·  Integration with PTP – 2 way, 3 way, accruals upon receipt or upon invoice, budget reserves as part of procurement

·  Budget – experience with budget management, budget controls, budget statuses

·  (commitments, accruals), budget types (absolute, advisory, track, none)

·  Fixed assets and lease accounting, asset creation upon PO (unique)

·  Avalara tax interface experience

·  Apro interface – advantage

General requirements:

·  Very high technical skills

·  Experience with Oracle fusion and cloud implementations (not only EBS)

·  Very good with working with users, team player, patient

·  May require to work in early mornings or late nights during the training period

·  Main role – work with users on running UAT, identifying issues, opening tickets, follow up on open tickets and re-test, integration testing support, prepare data for testing, support with permission issues, go live and post go live support (hypercare), potential for further support as may be required

·  Experience with roles and permissions
