Implementation Strategy & Guidance: Requirements Definition: Solution Design & Configuration Advisory: Process Improvement & Automation: Integration Consulting: Platform Governance: Maintain deep knowledge of the overall ServiceNow implementation to assess and communicate the cross-platform impacts of requested changes or enhancements to the SPO module. Project Collaboration: Partner with implementation partners and internal project teams to successfully deploy new SPO functionalities and modules as business needs evolve. Upgrade Support: Provide implementation expertise during regular ServiceNow version upgrades to ensure the SPO module remains compliant and supported by the vendor. Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a relevant technical field. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for Sourcing and Procurement Operations, or equivalent experience. At least 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with strong, specific experience guiding the implementation and providing deep support for the SPO module. Good familiarity with ITSM and the general ServiceNow platform. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices. Experience in defining and managing requirements for ServiceNow integrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and consultative communication and interpersonal skills.
