Module Experience:
Incident Management Module.
Problem Management Module
Change Management Module
Asset Management Module
Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Module
Service Catalog Module
Service Level Management Module
Knowledge Management Module
Strong experience with Field service management.
Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, particularly with configurations.
Develop, test, and debug scripts using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
Document integration processes, including design, configuration, and customization details.
Provide technical support and maintenance for existing configurations.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is preferred.
