Business Product Owner – Retail Store Operations
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite from day 1)
Duration: 6-12 months

Job Summary:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with a strong background in retail store operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the development of solutions that enhance store efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between store operations teams and technology teams.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to store systems, workflows, and processes.
Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and QA to deliver high-impact solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements for store operations.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and product demos.
Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements through Agile methodologies.
Monitor KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and adoption 

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in the retail domain, with a focus on store operations.
Strong understanding of store workflows, POS systems, inventory handling, and customer service processes.
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Wireframing tools.
