Title: Business Systems Analyst (Mortgage domain needed)

Location: Onsite at Coppell, TX or Fort Washington, PA

Duration: 6 months CTH

Job Description:

Business Systems Analyst role is responsible for leading discrete projects that are focused on creating efficiency within the organization through process improvement or enhancing technology systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

·         10+ years of business analysis experience.

·         Must have Mortgage industry experience.

·         Proficiency in defining business problems and proposing solutions.

·         Product, Process and Industry Knowledge.

·         Experience on Microsoft VSTS or Jira tools

·         Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilize the following functions: V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Concatenating formulas, Conditional formatting, and Pivot Tables

·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field a plus

·         Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

·         Must be proactive and solutions oriented business professional with the ability to interface with all levels of management across business units and functions.

·         Must have document management and modelling skills
