Qualifications:

Experience working as an IT Business Analyst in Guidewire PolicyCenter defining requirements for User Interfaces, application.
Property and casualty insurance knowledge in personal, commercial, and specialty product offerings, product model and policy administration processes.
Experience in requirement elicitation, gap analysis, process modelling, requirement management, driving UAT, defining implementation and data migration plans, product support and user training.
Experience defining business Requirements, functional & non-functional requirements, integration requirements, service specifications, data mapping, requirement management plan, User manuals, Standard Operating Procedures.
Customer interfacing experience – Project oversight, customer relationship Management, Managing stakeholder recommendations and resolution recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Support Guidewire Initiatives that includes projects, enhancements, maintenance and regulatory changes as a Senior Business Analyst.
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business solutions and business requirements.
Analyzes, identifies, and writes detailed description of user requirements, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify Guidewire product.
Makes recommendations for business process improvements with a thorough understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the technology needs.
Assists with the design and implementation of operational and system enhancements to ensure production capabilities are both effective and efficient.
Exhibits strong business knowledge and builds strong customer relationships.
Documents end user requirements for data, reports and analyses, training, data quality, and performance. Knowledge of reporting tools and databases.
Strong knowledge of business information data sources and business data rules
